Luna Crazy

It’s Thursday!  Gray’s and Private Practice night!  I missed both last week, but my DVR didn’t record anything, so I assume they weren’t new?  Anyone?

Sorry about my posts being kinda boring lately – I need to get back to being more exciting and eating more exciting food.

THIS was my breakfast.  So yummy!  Add two cups of Hazelnut Creme Brulee = HEAVEN

Watch for a Melitta Coffee Giveaway coming soon!  I am really starting to get addicted to these Luna bars.  I wish the Mini’s came in all the flavors, instead of just 6.

WORKOUT

Stop. Back up.  Before breakfast was a home workout at 6am.  1 hour treadmill fast walking + legs.  Legs are going to be sore tomorrow, but surprisingly my abs are not sore today.  I thought for sure it would hurt to sneeze smile_sarcastic I think the combo of Spinning yesterday, incline walking and a good leg workout they should be good for a while!  I did a ton of lunges and squats, up and down 3 flights of stairs twice, and resistance bands.

Only three days till I run the Super Bowl 5K in Novi, Michigan.  I haven’t run outside since I was in Florida at Christmas time.  This will be interesting!  Hope there’s no ice.  That’s all I ask.

Lunch today was out, and I did not photo it – just my usual Thursday lunch with the ladies – chicken quesadilla sans beans & rice + side salad.  I brought 1/4 of the quesadilla home and am proud of myself for not eating it as an afternoon snack – I’ve been known to do that once or twice.

DINNER

Still eating the unfrozen portion of Vegetable Soup from Monday.  Seriously, as each day passes, it looks worse, and tastes better!  Just like Italian food smile_tongue

Mini bagel with veggie cream cheese and cottage cheese on the side

{2 Pink Heart York Peppermint Patties for dessert – I love Valentine’s time, everything is turned pink!}

Tomorrow begins more variety in my life of Super Bowl food and parties.  Busy weekend ahead!

Off to cuddle my Snuggie on the couch!!

Hazelnut Creme Brulee sounds so indulgent. Is it hard to find?
