Many of you may agree, this weekend, specifically yesterday (Super Bowl Sunday) was full of appetizers – food you eat with your hands! Many times this is my favorite type of ‘meal’, though it’s also my worst enemy in the fact that I do not stop nibbling.
Just a small little party we had, the menu included:
Hot Wings – gone before the camera got to them!
Matt’s Cookies (Cranberry Walnut)

Kenna (10 mos) enjoyed the cookies too!
Undocumented food consumed:
- Veggies, pita bread and hummus (why take a picture of the healthy stuff?)
- Nutella cookies
- Taquitos
MONDAY
Today starts a new week, and off to a {much-needed} good start.
Workout:
- 45 minute treadmill: Walking intervals @ 4.5 for 2 mins, then 4.2 for 1 minute. I threw in a 2 minute run @ 6.5 in a few places to get the heart rate up.
- Upper body weight training: lateral raises, biceps, chest fly (lighter weight)
- Core
Small glass of Green Goodness
Egg Beaters + Liquid Egg White + asparagus + mushroom + red pepper +
tomato + wilted spinach + crumbled goat cheese
A few appointments today, plus an airport run and testing out the new Domino’s Pizza for dinner!! Has anyone tried it yet?

Omg girl I can barely walk at 4 on the treadmill! You must have long legs to walk 4.5! Looks like you had a good day of eating yesterday :)
