Day of {Dark} Chocolate

Hello Monday!  My day started out with a 3.5 mile run.  Felt great, no knee pain, lots of calories burned!  I am now enjoying a hot mug of coffee and going thru my 200+ emails from the weekend.  (No appetite yet…weird…)

While gallivanting in Northern Michigan this weekend, I came across Crooked Tree Breadworks in Petoskey, Michigan.  Known for their homemade baked bread (9 kinds), of course, they also bake scones, crostini, biscotti, and pistachios...and Addictive Granola!

It is perfectly sweet, crunchy, and filling.  I ‘spoke’ over email with Greg from Breadworks and he said they sell Addictive Granola at a local market here in the Detroit area!  That made my day.

Back to Sunday…

After arriving home, I unpacked, started some laundry, took a shower, and watched Food, Inc. 

Therefore, I ate a salad for dinner.  I had taken some chicken out to thaw, but could not stomach it after that movie.

Dessert = Pomegranate Chobani, dark chocolate, and Addictive Granola 

My first time indulging in the Pomegranate 0% Greek Yogurt of Chobani.  HEAVEN in my mouth!  It’s definitely sweeter and more flavorful than the other Chobani flavors (don’t get me wrong, I enjoy ALL Chobani flavors).  Here are some facts about Pomegranate Chobani:
